Joshua Davenport, MPAS, PA-C

Founder · Physician Assistant

Joshua is a nationally board-certified physician assistant specializing in mental health and addiction medicine. He earned a BS with a concentration in biochemistry and a BA in Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University, and his physician assistant post-graduate degree from Lipscomb University. He serves as adjunct faculty and preceptor for MTSU's PA Studies program and also precepts PA students for Lipscomb and Trevecca Nazarene.

Joshua founded Shrinkty in 2022 after his family's experience with mental illness and addiction, with the goal of expanding access to care and destigmatizing treatment. A Middle Tennessee native, he enjoys playing guitar, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.

Dr. Kondapavuluru, MD

Medical Director · Board-Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Kondapavuluru is a board-certified psychiatrist in adult and geriatric psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville and a geriatric psychiatry fellowship at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

He has practiced in Tennessee since the 1990s, including at Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute and the VA, and previously served as an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt.

Araceli Davenport, MPAS, PA-C

Araceli is a nationally board-certified physician assistant. She earned a BS with a concentration in biochemistry from MTSU and a Master of Health Science in PA Studies from Lipscomb University. She is a psychiatric provider at Shrinkty and a mom of twin boys.
