Is online treatment as effective as in person?
We see telehealth patients over secure, HIPAA-compliant video. For many conditions, telehealth care is comparable to in-person care for follow-up visits and medication management — and it removes the drive, the waiting room, and the time off work. If your care would benefit from an in-person visit, we'll tell you, and our Murfreesboro, McMinnville, and Dickson offices are open.
What ages do you treat?
We treat patients ages 13 and up.
What insurance do you take?
We accept BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna/Evernorth, Medicare, TRICARE, Amerigroup/Wellpoint, UnitedHealthcare Commercial, Oscar, and Ambetter. Coverage details vary by plan, so please call us at 615-716-8255 to verify your benefits.
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. Our providers prescribe medication when it's appropriate for your treatment plan, and prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy.
What if my case is severe?
We manage most mental health conditions in our practice. When a higher level of care is needed, we maintain relationships with high-quality acute-care facilities and can help coordinate a referral.
