How it works
When you submit the new patient form, our team verifies your insurance benefits before your first appointment. Copays and deductibles depend on your specific plan, so what you pay per visit varies from person to person. A note about ADHD testing
ADHD testing is a flat $150, due at the time of service, and is not billed to insurance. Ongoing ADHD care — including medication management and therapy — is billed to insurance normally.
Self-pay
If you don't have insurance, or prefer not to use it, self-pay is available. Call 615-716-8255 for current rates.
